Payment Terms

• Customers are strongly advised to verify stock availability before making any payment.

• Refunds for online payments may take 10–15 working days. Additional fees deducted during payment processing (gateway charges, EMI fees, etc.) will not be refunded.

Order & Delivery

• Orders are usually processed within 48–72 hours, provided the items are in stock and payment verification is complete.
• Cyber Bull does not guarantee same-day shipping, but will make every effort to dispatch orders promptly.
• Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
• Cyber Bull reserves the right to cancel or reverse any order without prior notice.
• In case of typographical or pricing errors, Cyber Bull has the right to refuse, cancel, or correct orders at its discretion.

Warranty Claim Conditions

• Customers must provide proof of purchase (invoice, receipt) to claim warranty support.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for warranty service, unless otherwise stated.
• Cyber Bull reserves the right to refuse warranty service in cases of misuse, unauthorized repairs, or tampering.
• Compatibility of products cannot be guaranteed. Customers should contact manufacturers directly for compatibility concerns.
